Using this form IPS clients can submit an application and declaration for exemption from Import Charges and Vehicle Registration Tax.

Using this form, IPS clients can apply for an account with 30 days credit. Companies and institutions that wish to apply must fulfil our terms and conditions.
Customs Clearance Authorisation, PDF (159Kb)
Using this form clients can authorise IPS to make Customs Declarations on their behalf in the capacity of a Direct Representative in accordance with Article 5.2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2913/92. Clients can authorise IPS to use their TAN Account (Traders Account Number) to enter consignments to Customs & Excise and to account for duty and VAT on imports – subject to approval by the Revenue Commissioners.
